4. Payments and Refund Policy
Certain features or promotional placements on Manstar Stories may be subject to fees.
Pricing: Fees for featuring content are subject to negotiation and agreement between the User and Manstar Media prior to publication.
Refunds: Refunds are strictly limited. You are eligible for a refund ONLY under the following circumstances:
1. You have paid the agreed fee, but Manstar Media failed to publish the content within the agreed timeframe.
2. Manstar Media deletes or removes your paid content without a valid reason (e.g., violation of these Terms).
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" once the content has been published or if the content is removed due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., providing false information, hate speech).
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the website to:
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property of others.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
